Total Body Conditioning Monthly Subscription, 4 Sessions, $40.00
Join me Tuesdays at 6:00 AM MST. In this 60 minute online fitness session we’ll challenge ourselves to a full-body conditioning routine. We’ll start with an invigorating warm-up and end with a rewarding cool-down.
In between we’ll strengthen our cardiovascular and muscular systems while practicing balance and primary movement patterns. I’ll combine kick boxing, yoga, high intensity interval training, weight training, and functional movement training to challenge and restore you. You’ll finish feeling energized and accomplished.

Midday Circuit Training Monthly Subscription, 4 Sessions, $40.00
Join me Tuesdays at 11:30 AM MST. This 1-hour class is designed for busy people who need to make the most of their lunch hour. Each class is an opportunity to practice balance and flexibility, build strength, increase your cardiovascular endurance, and practice functional movement patterns.
Class will start with a 10 min. warm up and 40 minutes of mixed circuit training, and 10 minutes of cool down and recovery. All you’ll need is a mat and a set of hand weights.
