Conveniently enjoy private workouts as part of a program designed specifically for you, in the comfort of your own home. We’ll meet online twice a week to perform a 1-hour routine that will focus on meeting all your goals.
I can combine kick boxing, yoga, high intensity interval training, weight training, and functional movement training to challenge and restore you. You’ll always finish feeling energized and accomplished. When you need to recover, let me know. We’ll spend our time releasing tension and restoring function. Whatever you need; it’s your choice.
