I’ll combine kick boxing, yoga, high intensity interval training, weight training, and functional movement training to challenge and restore you. When you need to recover, let me know. We’ll spend our time releasing tension and restoring function. You’ll be able to take advantage of my support as a Corrective Exercise and Functional Training specialist. That means I’ll help you create healthy and efficient movment after injuries and despite chronic pain. Whatever you need; it’s your choice.
Healthy Eating Help
Need some assistance with healthy eating? My Health Coaching skills are here for you too. Your package includes a complimentary 30-minute Online Healthy Eating Planning Session. Together we’ll make a plan and use research-based, sustainable solutinons for behavior change to meet your healthy eating goals.
Bring a Friend
When you take up the challenge of Online Personal Training with Sweat and Sunshine, you can now bring a friend to your sessions. One tremendous benefit of a best friend is the motivation they offer. If you and your bestie would do better together at health and fitness, let’s make it a team effort.
Booking Convenience
Convenienty book your sessions well in advance advance or up to just 24hrs in advance. Stuff happens, so you can also change your session date up to 48 hours before your session. Booking hours are 5am MST to 3pm MST, Monday through Friday with some Saturday morning sessions available.
