Rise and Shine, Even with Chronic Pain
If like me, you’re challenged with chronic pain, moving in the morning can often be the most difficult part of the day. Unfortunately, we’re not alone. About 21% of adults in the US experienced chronic pain in 2021, acording to the CDC.
