These days I’m at the computer all day long, thanks to covid-19 and summer heat. I do exercise “officially” four mornings a week, but these will be great interludes during the day. I’m going to MAKE A PLAN as you suggest, and these will be part of it! Thank you Janelle. Our lives are richer because of you.
So glad to hear you’re making fitness happen despite the added opportunity to be sedentary. I have to change my habits and thinking each summer when my nature-based wellness business is quiet and I am dramatically less active. Meal sizes, portions, and types of activity all have to change.
