In April of 2020 we were all adjusting to life with a global pandemic. Tempe Parks and Recreation came up with a fantastic idea to keep their instructors working and keep you moving at home. We worked together to create 15-minute fitness sessions you could easily watch and accomplish at home with no equipment. Even though we’ve had the opportunity to meet in-person for months now, the videos are still available.
I’m re-sharing these fitness sessions now because they’re also a great resource during the extreme temps of an Arizona summer. So grab your mat and some water and let’s get started. In just 15 minutes we’ll warm up, challenge ourselves, and enjoy a relaxing cool down. Choose from strength training or cardio below.
