Join me Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 or 8:30 AM. In just 60 minutes we’ll challenge ourselves to a full-body conditioning routine including an invigorating warm-up and rewarding cool-down. We’ll strengthen our cardiovascular and muscular systems while practicing balance and primary movement patterns. Release & Restore- Recovery Session, Live Online 1-hour, $45
I’ve designed this recovery session using my skills as a Functional Training Specialist and I can’t wait to share it with you. We’ll heat up with cardio and core work. Then we’ll practice functional movements to keep our musculoskeletal system in good order. Finally, we’ll finish with a deep stretch and relaxing cool down to lengthen our muscles.
