We’ll begin this outdoor fitness experience with a lake-side warm-up. From there we’ll use the bougainvillea coverd gazebo as our personal gym for a strength training circuit. Next we’ll travel to a grove of Palo Verde trees for a blood pumping cardio circuit. Finally we’ll cool down near a relazing water feature.
