Join me Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 AM MST. In this 60 minute online fitness session we’ll challenge ourselves to a full-body conditioning routine. We’ll start with an invigorating warm-up and end with a rewarding cool-down. In between we’ll strengthen our cardiovascular and muscular systems while practicing balance and primary movement patterns.
